CHARLESTON, SC – January 4, 2012 – Thomas Otis, CCIM, Senior Broker for NAI Avant’s Charleston Brokerage Team, recently brokered the sale of 4.613 acres of land on Highway 17 in Pawleys Island, SC.
Otis represented the purchaser, Lynndale Apartments, Ltd., an affiliate of Guy C. Lee Building materials of Smithfield, NC. The transaction was valued at approximately $650,000.
