COLUMBIA, SC – March 12, 2008 – The Columbia, S.C.-based commercial real estate firm of NAI Avant is pleased to announce that Victor “Buddy” John, a member of the NAI Avant Investment Sales Group, recently brokered the $3 million sale of the 50,574-square-foot, 6.3-acre Leesburg Village Shopping Center located at 2900 Leesburg Road in Columbia, S.C. Anchored by a 35,560-square-foot Food Lion grocery store, the property was purchased from Leesburg Village, LLC by Leesburg Village-Columbia, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.
