COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant senior broker Gerald Steele recently closed the sale of ±62.06 acres of prime commercial land in Irmo, SC near I-26 on Western Lane. Located near the Jim Hudson Toyota Dealership, the land will be used for multi-family and commercial development. Steele represented the seller, Broad River-Irmo Associates LP. The land was purchased by Thomas Birdsall for $1,582,200.
