Urban Cookhouse leased the space in the ±16,000 SF shopping center located at 7712 Eastchase Parkway. The restaurant, with multiple locations throughout the southeast, focuses on supporting local farmers and using the freshest ingredients to create a unique, urban dining experience. Winn and Hein represented the tenant in the transaction.
