NAI Avant closes ±14.50 acre land sale in Robber’s Roost redevelopment

NAI Avant senior brokers Cam Kreps and Macon Lovelace recently represented the seller, Tiente Limited Partnership, in the land sale transaction on Hwy 17 in North Myrtle Beach. The ±14.50 acres, purchased by Realtylink Investments, LLC, is part of the commercial section of the overall Robber’s Roost redevelopment which encompasses approximately 100 acres of commercial and residential property. This sale represents the 3rd and final phase of the Coastal North Town Center which Realtylink began developing in the fall of 2013. The new tenants scheduled for this final phase include but aren’t limited to Burlington Coat Factory, Home Goods, and Panera Bread. The land is the former Robber’s Roost golf course and it is considered one of the premier mixed uses development sites in all of South Carolina. The land sold for $3,965,083.
