NAI Avant Senior Brokers Ben Kelly, CCIM, Dail Longaker and Patrick Chambers recently represented the seller in the ±2.20 acre land sale on Columbiana Drive in Harbison. Entegra Hotels, LLC purchased the property for $1,300,000 and plans to construct a Home2 Suites by Hilton.
