NAI Avant closes ±314 acre land sale in Ridgeway, SC

NAI Avant announced the sale of ±314 acres of land off Smallwood Road in Ridgeway, SC. Senior brokers Tom and Tombo Milliken represented the seller, Davega Company, Inc. in the transaction. The land was purchased for $1,259,280.
With this sale, the Milliken team closed out 2016 with more than 3,654 acres of land sold this past year. The properties were a mixture of timberland/recreational, residential development, industrial and investment property.
