NAI Avant closes Columbia warehouse sale

NAI Avant announced the sale of an ±11,920 square foot (SF) industrial building, located at 112 North Shorecrest Drive. The building is comprised of ±4,000 SF of office space, ±3,420 SF of manufacturing space, and ±4,500 SF of warehouse space. The building was formally occupied by American Welding and Gas and is located in the S. Columbia industrial market just off Shop Road.
Senior broker Nick Stomski, SIOR, represented the seller, Shorecrest North LLC, in the sale of the building.
