NAI Avant Senior Investment broker Dail Longaker recently represented Coral Development Company, LLC in the investment sale of the Fresenius North Star dialysis clinic at 140 Highland Center Drive in Columbia.
Developed in 2014, the approximately ±9,710 square foot dialysis clinic sold for $3,775,000.
