NAI Avant closes land sale in Lexington, Kentucky

NAI Avant senior broker Nick Stomski, SIOR recently represented the buyer, Trifecta Developments, LLC in the purchase of ±2.22 acres of land at 715 Miles Point Way in Lexington, Kentucky. The site was the last remaining unimproved parcel within the established industrial park, and one of only a few within Lexington KY. The developer has plans to construct a ±10,000 square foot freight terminal and will begin construction in May of 2017.
The property was sold by Woodall, McMackin Partners for $350,000.
