NAI Avant Senior Brokers Tombo Milliken, Nick Stomski, SIOR, and Tom Milliken recently facilitated the sale of ±101 acres (AC) of land on Carolina Pines Drive in Blythewood, known as Carolina Pines Industrial Park. The contiguous, developable land has easy access to three interstates and rail on-site, making the property an ideal industrial location.
Carolina Pines is located within the Northeast Columbia submarket of Columbia and the strategic location puts 9,000 manufacturers within two hours reach of this quality industrial park. The railroad provides connection to four sea ports (Charleston, Savannah, Jacksonville, and Norfolk). International reach is less than two hours away with four major airports in relative close proximity (Columbia, Greenville, Charleston, Charlotte).
Milliken Jr., Stomski, and Milliken represented the seller, Kirco Carolina Pines – SPVEF, LLC. The land was purchased by Richland County for $1,000,050. This Prime Industrial land was sold in a “Call for Offers” format.
