NAI Avant consummates 685 acre Georgetown land sale

Avant announces the sale of 685 acres of land on Plantersville Road near Georgetown, SC. Senior brokers Tom and Tombo Milliken represented the sellers, Planters Forest, LLC.
This timberland-recreational property, with over a mile of frontage on scenic Plantersville Road, sold for $2,257,000.
The Milliken’s have sold more than ±1,300 acres of timberland and recreational property in Georgetown County in the past two years. In addition, the Milliken’s sold more than ±1,500 acres of land in Richland and Fairfield Counties in 2017.
