NAI Avant consummates lease for new Social Security Administration office at Synergy Business Park

NAI Avant senior brokers Jeff Hein, SIOR, and Roger Winn recently represented the landlord, GPT Properties Trust, in the lease of 101 Executive Center Drive, Suite 215 in Columbia, SC. The ±17,248 SF space, located in the Saluda Building at Synergy Business Park, was leased to GSA-SSA. The U.S. General Services Administration finds locations for local social security offices. This will be the new office of the Social Security Administration, which relocated from 1927 Thurmond Mall Blvd. The Saluda Building is a ±49,000 SF two story suburban office building, renovated in 2015. As part of Columbia’s largest suburban office park, the property features beautifully landscaped grounds, on-site property management and maintenance.
