CHARLESTON, SC – March 29, 2012 – Hudson Rogers with NAI Avant’s Charleston Office, recently consummated a lease transaction at 335 King Street in downtown Charleston, SC. The space is the new home of Shoes at Surrey, LLC. NAI Avant represented the landlord in a five year lease term.
