NAI Avant facilitates move for popular Tennessee based craft beer franchise to Columbia, SC

COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant senior broker Patrick Palmer recently finalized a lease for Knoxville, TN. based craft beer company, The Casual Pint. The franchisee plans to open three locations in the Columbia market, the first of which to be located at 807 Gervais Street. Palmer represented the 807 Gervais landlord in the transaction. The highly visible location in the historic DuPre Building takes advantage of century old construction with modern amenities. This Columbia location will be the franchise’s 13th store, featuring hundreds of brews in the ±2,427 rentable square foot space. Patrons will enjoy 22 taps for growler filling as well as package beers from around the world beginning in spring 2016.
