NAI Avant senior broker Macon Lovelace recently represented the landlord, Boss’s Pinnacle Point LLC, in the lease of ±9,735 square feet of office space at 130 Pinnacle Point Court. The building is located in Columbia’s premier professional business park, Pinnacle Point, at I-77 and Farrow Road. The nearly 10,000 SF of finished office space has been newly renovated and leased to Image Resource Group, Inc.
