The building is located in Columbia’s historic Congaree Vista District on the corner of Gervais and Park Street with extensive renovations currently underway for Panera Bread. Southern Bread, LLC, is the owner/operator of seventeen Panera Bread locations in South Carolina and Georgia, with an additional four more restaurants to be added by the end of 2015.
