CHARLESTON, SC – NAI Avant Charleston’s David Grubbs, Managing Principal and Broker-in-Charge, as well as Scott Peevy, Broker, recently facilitated a medical office lease at 590 Lone Tree Drive in Mount Pleasant, SC. Grubbs and Peevy represented the landlord, Charleston Neuroscience, LLC, in the transaction. Eddie Buxton and Trad Dyches, both with Palmetto Commercial Properties, represented the tenant, North Carolina Eye Bank. North Carolina Eye Bank will occupy ±1,717 square feet in Suite 101 of the building.
