Grubbs and Peevy represented the landlord, 767 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard II, LLC, in the transaction. David Seay, President of Seay Development Real Estate & Business Brokerage, represented the tenant, Dr. Matt Dillard with Oral and Facial Surgery Center of the Lowcountry.
Oral Facial Surgery Center of the Lowcountry specializes in oral and maxillofacial surgery and currently serves the needs of Charleston Tri-county area patients in their West Ashley and Walterboro locations.
