CHARLESTON, SC – Dexter Rumsey, Senior Broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, recently represented the landlord, 2207 Mechanic Street, LLC, in the leasing of ±7,400 square feet at 2207 Mechanic Street in Charleston, SC. The tenant, Cooper River Brewing Company, was represented by Phil Rose with Twin Rivers Capital. Cooper River Brewing Company will occupy Unit B of the ±14,900 square foot building and plans to open a 15 barrel brewhouse and taproom in the fall of 2015.
