CHARLESTON, SC – Dexter Rumsey, Senior Broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, recently arranged the sale of 215 townhome lots and ±4.84 acres of residual land at Lakeview Commons on Red Bank Road in Goose Creek, SC. All 215 lots were entitled and some were partially developed at the time of the sale. The property was purchased by The Homes of Lakeview Commons, LLC for $550,000. Rumsey represented the seller in the transaction.
