The Waxxpot, LLC, a nail and waxing salon, occupies ±1,250 square feet in Suite 6 of the retail center and was represented by Vitre Stephens with Avison Young. Metro PCS, a cellular service provider, will occupy Suite 3, also consisting of ±1,250 square feet.
