NAI Avant leases ±5,273 SF in retail center at 425 Killian Road

COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant senior brokers, Ben Kelly, CCIM, and Patrick Chambers, recently represented Killian Road Retail, LLC, in the leasing of three suites in the retail center at 452 Killian Road in northeast Columbia, SC. Kelly and Chambers facilitated the leasing of ±1,902 square feet to Maycom Communications, a Sprint Authorized Dealer, ±1,621 square feet to Subway, and ±1,750 square feet to Theresa Miley’s State Farm Insurance. The new tenants join existing tenant, Sam’s Fine Wine & Spirits, to fully lease the retail center.
