NAI Avant named exclusive agent for Columbia office properties

COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant is pleased to announce senior brokers Jeff Hein, SIOR and Roger Winn, SIOR have been named the exclusive listing agents for two Columbia office properties: 7909 Parklane Road and the Northeast Commerce Center.
7909 Parklane Road is a ±115,000 square foot (SF) Class A office building with abundant parking, easy interstate access, and location just minutes from downtown Columbia. There is currently ±30,000 SF of space available for lease.
The Northeast Commerce Center, located at 6904 North Main Street, consists of three office/warehouse buildings. In addition to exclusively leasing the property, NAI Avant will also exclusively manage the property. The three flex space buildings total more than ±98,000 SF of space, with suites available ranging from ±1,750 SF to ±10,698 SF.
