NAI Avant senior brokers Paul Hartley, SIOR and Roger Winn, SIOR, with assistance from broker Paul Paschal, recently facilitated a lease recast and long-term lease extension for ±10,832 square feet of Class A office space in the Capitol Center located at 1201 Main Street in downtown Columbia, SC.
Hartley, Winn, and Paschal represented the tenant, Finkel Law Firm, LLC. The landlord in the transaction is US REIF/MJW Capitol Center Fee, LLC.
