NAI Avant procures ±3,728 square foot Class A office space lease expansion

NAI Avant senior broker Paul Hartley, SIOR, recently represented the South Carolina Youth Advocate Program, Inc., in the ±3,728 square foot expansion of its office space at 140 Stoneridge Drive in Columbia, SC. This will be SCYAP’s second lease expansion in two years within the building, known as The Atrium at Stoneridge. SCYAP is a private, non-profit organization that supports and facilitates the development and operation of community-based residential and non-residential services for youth and their families.
