NAI Avant senior brokers Roger Winn, SIOR and Paul Hartley, SIOR, with broker Paul Paschal, recently represented the tenant, Metro Treatment of South Carolina, in the lease transaction at 560 Chris Drive in West Columbia. The ±7,239 square foot office space will be their fourth location in South Carolina, providing quality care for addiction management and recovery.
Metro Treatment of South Carolina is part of Colonial Management Group, LP, a unique organization of sixty-four private outpatient substance abuse treatment clinics that have been successfully treating opiate dependence since 1986.
The landlord in the transaction is Weather Contracting Company Inc.
