NAI Avant reports continued leasing velocity of northeast Columbia office building

NAI Avant announced three leases, totaling more than ±11,586 square feet (SF), at a northeast suburban Columbia office building.
Specialized Alternatives for Families, also known as SAFY, is one of two new tenants to the building at 115 Atrium Way. SAFY will occupy ±4,095 SF of office space.
The second new tenant is Palmetto Design and Engineering. They will occupy ±1,391 SF.
In addition, Lake Psychological Services has renewed and expanded to more than ±6,100 SF in the building.
NAI Avant senior broker Macon Lovelace, SIOR represented the landlord, ECP North, in the above transactions. In addition to leasing, NAI also handles the property management of the building and has been thrilled to see the positive absorption in the building and expect that trend to continue.
More than ±14,000 SF of space remains available for lease at 115 Atrium Way. The unique, atrium style, two-story office building has suites ranging from ±1,000 SF up to ±3,000 SF of continuous space.
