CHARLESTON, SC – Scott Peevy, broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, recently represented the landlord, SCK Properties, LLC, in the leasing of ±1,954 square feet of medical office space at 12 Farmfield Avenue in Charleston, SC. Gregg Legerton with Avison Young represented the tenant, Sweetgrass Pediatrics, LLC, in the transaction.
