CHARLESTON, SC – Scott Peevy and Derek Mathis, both brokers with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, recently represented the tenant, Van Der Ent Machines, LLC, in the leasing of ±6,500 square feet of industrial space at 216 Cember Way in Summerville, SC. Van Der Ent Machines, LLC is a 92-year old manufacturing company that produces machines for the baking and chocolate industry. Brendan Redyoff with CBRE represented the landlord in the transaction.
