NAI Avant senior brokers Jeff Hein, SIOR and Roger Winn represented the landlord in facilitating three new leases in the Enoree Building at Synergy Business Park. NSF International Strategic Registrations, LTD., THC Right of Way Services, Inc. and Benefit Controls of the Midlands, Inc. all leased space in the first quarter of 2016. In the past 20 months, Hein and Winn have increased occupancy in their assigned buildings in the park by nearly 20%.
Synergy Business Park is strategically located off I-20 and I-26 and just minutes from downtown Columbia. The Aiken, Enoree and Saluda Buildings each have several suites remaining available for lease.
