NAI Brokers 34.8 Acres in Northeast Columbia, SC

COLUMBIA, SC – March 27, 2008 – The Columbia, S.C.-based commercial real estate firm of NAI Avant is pleased to announce that Robert King, a member of the NAI Avant Brokerage Group, recently brokered the sale of 34.8 acres bordering Farrow, Clemson and Killian Roads in the Northeast area of Columbia, S.C.
The property was purchased by two buyers. C. Towne One, LLC purchased 17.53 acres of the tract, and plans to locate a McDaniel’s Acura and Porsche dealership on the portion bordering Clemson and Farrow Roads. The remaining 17.3 acres in the sale were sold to I-77, LLC. The transactions value for the entire acreage totals $8.5 million.
