After earning her B.S. from Kent State University, Brenda transitioned from the banking industry to a prominent role in real estate development, where she has gained over two decades of experience. This experience involves tenant/landlord representation, site selection, market analysis, and business development throughout major markets including Chicago, San Francisco, and Southern California. Brenda’s extensive real estate sales and leasing background, as well as her networking skills will be paramount to her success as an agent.
Beyond her professional achievements, Brenda is deeply involved in the Charleston community, contributing her time and expertise to various industry organizations and volunteering efforts. Her dedication extends to supporting military families, her children’s school, and multiple local nonprofit organizations.
