NAI Charleston facilitates $2.9 million industrial property acquisition on Woodbine Avenue in N. Charleston

NAI Charleston announced the successful sale of an industrial property located at 5531-5571 Woodbine Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina, for $2,900,000.
The transaction involved the acquisition of a ±2.75-acre industrial site featuring a ±5,030-square-foot office/industrial building by M&M Investments, LLC, a transportation company expanding its operations in the Charleston market. The seller was Piedmont Woodbine, LLC.
Christi Copenhaver and Trad Dyches, CCIM, of NAI Charleston, represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was represented by Tradd Varner of Harbor Commercial Partners.
Strategically located in North Charleston, the property provides valuable industrial acreage and existing office/warehouse improvements that will support M&M Investments’ continued growth and expanding transportation operations.
The transaction underscores the continued demand for industrial properties in the Charleston region, particularly among transportation and logistics users seeking well-located assets with room for operational growth.
