NAI Charleston facilitates 71,500+ SF relocation for Evening Post Industries

NAI Charleston announces David Ingle and Sarah Shelley of NAI Charleston represented Evening Post Industries (EPI) in their relocation to three new spaces from their previous headquarters at 134 Columbus Street.

The Post & Courier offices have relocated permanently to 148 Williman Street at the corner of Meeting Street and Williman Street, which previously housed tech-firm Blue Acorn. This ±7,974 SF office space will provide an efficient open layout with modern finishes. The upper area of the Charleston peninsula is extremely accessible and close to both I-26 and Hwy 17. The landlord is RCC Investors 1081 Morrison, LLC.

Ingle and Shelley also facilitated the relocation of the newspaper’s distribution and manufacturing departments to 4500 Leeds Avenue in the World Trade Center Charleston. The ±48,550 SF space will house a state-of-the-art print facility that is aiming to be complete by Spring of 2022. Avison Young represented the landlord LRC Leeds Holdings, LLC.

In addition, the executive offices of Evening Post Industries have relocated to 174 Meeting Street and will lease ±15,039 SF. CBRE represented the landlord SAJ Shift Corp.
