North Charleston Office Building Sells for $3.05 Million
NAI Charleston announced the sale of 4016 Salt Pointe Parkway in North Charleston, South Carolina. The two-story Class A office building is fully occupied by AECOM Engineering, a global engineering design firm. The ±16,006-square-foot property was acquired by Parsell Enterprises for $3.05 million.
