NAI Charleston announced that Broker/Partner David Grubbs recently facilitated the sale of ±0.5 acres at 1022 Physicians Drive within Marsh Oak Medical Park in West Ashley. Grubbs represented the owner, Marsh Oaks Medical Park, LLC, in the transaction. The site will be used for a new office building, with construction expected to break ground in 2018.
