NAI Columbia and Furman Capital Advisors facilitate the sale of the Landmark Office & Medical Park

NAI Columbia Principal Peyton Bryant, CCIM, and Furman Capital Advisors Managing Director Peter Couchell, CCIM, have facilitated the successful sale of the 215,000 square foot office and medical park in Columbia, South Carolina with the assistance of Jeff Hein, SIOR, Ryan Causey and Alex Johnson of NAI Columbia as well as Rob Schmidt and Luke Hall of Furman Capital Advisors.

The three-building park located at the corner of Forest Drive and Beltline Boulevard in the Forest Acres submarket has been sold to LM Cola Partners, LLC, an investment group based in Greenville, SC. The park is currently occupied by a vast array of professional businesses, non-profits, and medical practices with 50 tenants in total.
