NAI Columbia’s Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken and Nelson Weston, III, along with NAI Earle Furman’s Rusty Hamrick, represented the seller in the $1.31 million sale of 379 acres of land located on Claussen Road in Florence, South Carolina to Mark R. Drummond.

The Claussen Road property consists of 115 acres of agricultural land with the remaining acreage consisting of older pine and hardwood trees. There are over two miles of road frontage on both the North and South sides of Claussen Road. The property allows for recreational opportunities and does not have a conservation easement in place.
