– John Gregory, PE, CCIM, SIOR, Bill Lamar, and Tristan Lee sold ±4.44 acres of land off Frost Avenue in Columbia, South Carolina. The land sold for $170,000.
– Dallas Wright represented the buyer in purchasing ±121 acres of land in Union, South Carolina. The property is located off Terrapin Road and sold for $700,000.
