NAI Columbia assists RenCo Properties in the purchase of 3105 Devine Street

NAI Columbia’s Peyton Bryant and Ryan Causey represented the buyer, RenCo Properties, in the purchase of the building located at 3105 Devine Street in Columbia. The new owners plan to perform a full renovation of the main building on the property for the future home of Kali Render’s State Farm Agency. An additional rear building on the property consists of ± 1,000 square feet that will be available for lease beginning December 1, 2019.
