NAI Columbia brokers $1.60M sale of the 63,200 SF industrial flex building situated on four acres

NAI Columbia’s John Gregory, PE, CCIM represented the seller, BTL Columbia School Building, in the $1.60 million sale of the 63,200 SF industrial flex building situated on four acres located at 131 Berkshire Drive, Columbia, South Carolina to USP Holdings, LLC. Mike Edwards of Wilson Kibler represented the buyer.

131 Berkshire Drive is an approximately 63,200 square foot industrial flex building situated on four acres of land. The property serves as a redevelopment sites with various new uses available to the buyer.
