NAI Columbia brokers $2.89 million investment sale of retail center, wins leasing and property management assignment

NAI Columbia’s Ryan Causey and Peyton Bryant facilitated Clear Path Asset Management’s off-market purchase of the retail center located at 7210 Broad River Road in Irmo, South Carolina from ROIF Broad River Road, LLC for $2,897,500.
“Amidst concerns of the current, global crisis, Clear Path Asset Management is confident in the Greater Columbia market and feels this asset is a quality investment,” said Ryan Causey, broker at NAI Columbia.
7210 Broad River Road is a retail center that is situated in the northeast quadrant of the highly traveled, signalized intersection connecting Lykes Lane to Broad River Road. Nearby retailers on adjoining quadrants include large grocers such as Publix and Food Lion. The center is located less than one mile from Interstate 26 with a short 10-minute drive to Columbia.
