NAI Columbia brokers $825,000 sale of 4.43 acres of land for a future Goodwill Industries store in Chapin

NAI Columbia’s Tombo and Tom Milliken represented the sellers, in the $825,000 sale 4.43 acres of land located on Columbia Avenue in Chapin, South Carolina.

The 4.43 acres on Columbia Avenue in Chapin, South Carolina is an undeveloped parcel of land, ideally situated along a main thoroughfare. The location of this store will be between Chapin and the Interstate 26 and Chapin Road interchange.
