NAI Columbia brokers two leases at the Village at Sandhills despite COVID-19 Pandemic

NAI Columbia’s Patrick Palmer, CCIM and Bobby Balboni represented the landlord, Sandhill Center, in the lease of two retail suites consisting of approximately 6,050 square feet located in the prominent Village at Sandhills shopping center to Title Boxing and Knotty Spot.
“The leasing of the two spaces proves that even amid the COVID-19 pandemic, deals are still happening in the retail sector,” said Patrick Palmer, CCIM, Director of Retail Services and Principal at NAI Columbia. “We are happy to have worked with the landlord to find two well-suited tenants that will add to the already impressive roster of businesses in the shopping center.”
The Village at Sandhills is an approximately 300-acre development in Columbia’s affluent and growing northeast area. It benefits from excellent visibility and full signalized access from two highly traveled roads: Clemson Road and Two Notch Road. Additionally, luxury condominiums and apartments are located above the retail space and provide more than 400 residential units.
