NAI Columbia developed and brokered the investment sale of a new multi–tenant retail development in Columbia

NAI Columbia’s Ben Kelly, CCIM, and Patrick Chambers developed, brokered and leased a new multi–tenant retail development located at 2708 Clemson Rd, in Columbia, South Carolina. The development includes East Bay Deli, Pacific Dental Services and Alpha Nail Spa.

The property was originally 2.7 acres and was developed into two retail parcels.  1.1 acres was sold in June 2020 for the development of National Tire and Battery and the remaining 1.6 acres was developed with this new multi-tenant retail building.

“This was a great project that took several years to come to fruition,” said Ben Kelly, Senior Broker and Principal at NAI Columbia. “This development required collaboration with the adjoining apartment developer which was critical to both projects being developed.”

2708 Clemson Road is a 100% occupied multi–tenant retail development. It is approximately 8,225 square feet and is located near the Clemson and Killian Road corridor.
