NAI Columbia facilitates $7.5 million sale for the Midlands’ first Bass Pro Shops

NAI Columbia announced the successful sale of 19.145 acres of land in Irmo, South Carolina, which will become the future home of the first Bass Pro Shops in the Midlands. The high-profile site, located at the intersection of Broad River Road and Western Lane, sold for $7,500,000.
The transaction was spearheaded by Ben Kelly, CCIM, and Patrick Chambers of NAI Columbia, who represented the landowner in the sale.
The arrival of Bass Pro Shops marks a significant economic milestone for the region. As a premier outdoor retailer, the new location is expected to draw visitors from across the state, bolstering local tourism and providing a new anchor for the Irmo and Greater Columbia retail landscape.
