NAI Columbia facilitates $730,000 sale of 417 acres of timberland and recreational land near Lugoff, South Carolina

NAI Columbia’s Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken and Nelson Weston represented the seller, Huttoland, LLC, in the $730,000 sale of approximately 417 acres located on Screaming Eagle Road Extension near Lugoff, South Carolina.

The 417 acres on Screaming Eagle Road near Lugoff is primarily timberland and recreational land, which adjoins the Wateree Swamp. The land features rolling hills with a majority of upland hardwoods and pines. It is located just 25 minutes East of Columbia, South Carolina.
