NAI Columbia facilitates downtown Columbia office lease to Williams Mullen Law Firm

NAI Columbia’s Peyton Bryant, CCIM, Ryan Causey, and Alex Johnson, represented the landlord, First Citizens Bank, in the lease of 6,181 square feet of office space located at 1230 Main Street in Columbia’s Central Business District (CBD) to Williams Mullen Law Firm.

1230 Main Street is an approximately 170,000 SF Office Tower located along Columbia’s Main Street District. The building was constructed in 2006, to include high-end finishes such as floor to ceiling windows, an underground parking garage for employees and a surface parking lot for visitors. The remaining office space consisting of 3,345 RSF on the 3rd floor and 12,000 RSF of shell space on the 4th floor is available for lease.
