NAI Columbia facilitates robust activity at Landmark Business Park amidst COVID-19 disruption

NAI Columbia’s Peyton Bryant and Jeff Hein, SIOR, represented the landlord, Edens Landmark Partners ’87 in an impressive number of new leases and lease renewals within the Landmark Business Park over the past few months. The following transactions have been executed:

  • SC Mentor Network executed a lease renewal of approximately 8,900 square feet of space in the Landmark I building located at 3600 Forest Drive.
  • Andrews Appraisal Company executed a lease renewal of approximately 816 square feet of space in the Landmark II building located at 3700 Forest Drive.
  • Dr. Cleveland Smith executed a lease renewal of approximately 2,232 square feet of space in the Landmark IV building located at 3710 Forest Drive.
  • SC Charter School District executed a lease renewal of approximately 4,742 square feet of space in the Landmark IV building located at 3710 Forest Drive.
  • One-Eighty Place executed a lease renewal of approximately 3,517 square feet of space in the Landmark IV building located at 3710 Forest Drive.
  • Baker, Ravenel & Bender executed a lease renewal of approximately 11,253 square feet of space in the Landmark IV building located at 3710 Forest Drive.
  • Community Integrated Management Services leased approximately 4,273 square feet of space in the Landmark I building located at 3600 Forest Drive.
  • Dr. Monica McConnell leased approximately 388 square feet of space in the Landmark IV building located at 3710 Forest Drive.
  • CW Resources leased approximately 779 square feet of space in the Landmark IV building located at 3710 Forest Drive.
